PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. SIR (SAWIT INTI RAYA) KECAMATAN BATANG GANSAL KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HULU

Abstract

Abstract: The Influence of Leadership Style on Employee Work Motivation at PT. Sir (Sawit Inti Raya) Batang Gansal District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee motivation at PT. Sir (Palm Inti Raya). This research is a quantitative research using the ex post facto method is a study conducted to examine events that have occurred. The method of data collection is done by questionnaires and documentation. Determination of the population and sample using the Slovin formula with a total population of 92 respondents with a total sample of 74 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is quantitative data. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the leadership style affects the work motivation of employees by 33.7% while the rest is influenced by the need and compensation.
