Abstract: The Effect of Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction Honda CV. Herry Motorindo Mandiri Rengat. This research was conducted at CV. Herry Motorindo Mandiri Rengat, The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at CV Honda Herry Motorindo Mandiri Rengat. This type of research includes associative or relationship research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were consumers of Honda CV Herry Motorindo Mandiri as many as 90 respondents. The instrument of this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the independent variables which include tangible, , reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction with a total percentage of 41.7% while the remaining 58.3% is influenced by other factors.
